Situation Analysis
iMedicor was typical of many young solutions oriented companies or technology start-ups. The solution was sound but the management team had difficulty translating their story to investors or potential partners. Plus, the product had been constructed by developers and needed a target-friendly overhaul to be ready for launch.
Recommendation
Teshler recommended that we help re-stage the product and investor presentations used to sell the company and its solutions to venture capital targets and possible OEM partners. We re-branded the product and completely overhauled the skin to the online portal iMedicor.com. We worked with he development team in Estonia to implement the revisions to the product.
We developed a series of mechanisms to help explain the product to both users and investors. One key mechanism was a series of characters to explain the product on the site and in the presentations.
Results
Within weeks of the site redesign, registered members climbed to more than 80,000 and iMedicor signs two important OEM partnership agreements, Dell and Microsoft.
